The FAQs below are designed to help you understand Wonderfully Med’s services, care model, pricing, appointments, patient journey, education opportunities, and what to expect before beginning care.

If you still have questions after reviewing this page, a free Discovery Call is the best next step for individual care. Our team can review Wonderfully Med’s programs, pricing, terms, and scheduling options so you know what to expect before beginning care.

Getting Started

How do I get started with Wonderfully Med?

The best first step for individual care is to schedule a free Discovery Call. During this call, our team can review Wonderfully Med’s programs, pricing, terms, and scheduling options to help you understand whether the practice may be the right fit.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

If Wonderfully Med feels like the right fit, the next step is typically the Wellness Blueprint. This foundational process helps the care team better understand your health history, lifestyle, goals, assessment findings, and lab results before recommending an ongoing care plan.

Do I need to complete the Wellness Blueprint before joining a care plan?

Yes. The Wellness Blueprint is required before beginning a Wonderfully Med care plan. This helps ensure recommendations are based on a more complete understanding of your health and wellness needs.

Can I ask medical questions during the Discovery Call?

You may ask general questions about Wonderfully Med’s services and care model. Personalized medical questions require an appropriate appointment with a provider.

Services & Care Model

What kind of practice is Wonderfully Med?

Wonderfully Med is a physician-led, whole-person medical and wellness practice. Care may include medical guidance, wellness education, lifestyle support, coaching, prevention-focused guidance, group learning opportunities, and personalized recommendations when appropriate.

What kinds of health concerns does Wonderfully Med commonly support?

Wonderfully Med commonly supports adults who are looking for a more personal, whole-person approach to prevention, wellness, and ongoing health concerns.

Areas of support may include metabolic health, weight management, blood sugar concerns, high blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid concerns, hormone-related concerns, digestive health, stress, sleep, fatigue, lifestyle habits, preventive wellness, and chronic condition support.

Care is individualized and depends on each patient’s health history, goals, lab findings when appropriate, and the scope of services offered by Wonderfully Med.

Does Wonderfully Med provide primary care?

No. Wonderfully Med does not replace a primary care provider. Patients are encouraged to maintain an appropriate primary care relationship for routine care, screenings, ongoing medical needs outside Wonderfully Med’s scope, urgent needs, and emergencies.

Does Wonderfully Med provide urgent or emergency care?

No. Wonderfully Med does not provide urgent care or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

Faith & Patient Experience

Do I have to be Christian to receive care from Wonderfully Med?

No. Wonderfully Med is Christ-centered and guided by faith, integrity, compassion, and respect, but patients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life are welcome.

You do not have to be Christian to receive care from Wonderfully Med.

Will I be preached to if I am not Christian?

No. Patients seeking medical care will be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect regardless of their faith background.

Wonderfully Med’s faith shapes how we care for people – with compassion, humility, patience, and a belief that every person has inherent value. Patients will not be pressured, judged, or required to share the same faith background to receive care.

For patients who desire faith-informed encouragement or coaching, that support may be included appropriately. For patients who do not, care remains respectful, professional, and focused on their health and wellness needs.

Wellness Blueprint

What is the Wellness Blueprint?

The Wellness Blueprint is the foundational first step in the Wonderfully Med care process. It helps the care team better understand your health history, lifestyle, goals, assessment findings, and lab results.

What is included in the Wellness Blueprint?

The Wellness Blueprint may include an initial physician consultation, lab review, wellness assessment, wellness coaching session, and a personalized health roadmap.

Can the Wellness Blueprint be used by itself?

Yes. Some patients may use the Wellness Blueprint as a standalone first step to better understand their health and receive a personalized roadmap. Others may continue into an ongoing care plan for additional support.

Why is the Wellness Blueprint required before a care plan?

Personalized care begins with understanding. The Wellness Blueprint gives the care team the foundation needed to make thoughtful recommendations and determine the level of support that may be appropriate.

Care Plans

What are care plans?

Care plans provide structured support after the Wellness Blueprint. They are designed for patients who want continued guidance, education, accountability, and support as they work toward long-term wellness.

What may be included in a care plan?

Care plans may include physician sessions, wellness coaching sessions, Care Connection Calls, WonderfullyEd access, lab and supplement benefits, preventive guidance, and personalized support during the active care plan term.

How do I know which care plan is right for me?

After the Wellness Blueprint, the care team may recommend a care plan based on your goals, health history, concerns, and level of support needed.

What if I want to add another appointment that is not part of my care plan?

Additional appointments may be available outside of the scheduled sessions included in a care plan.

Patients may request additional physician sessions or coaching sessions when needed, depending on provider availability and the type of support requested. Additional fees may apply.

Pricing, Insurance, & Payment

Does Wonderfully Med accept insurance?

No. Insurance does not cover Wonderfully Med’s services, and services are paid directly by the patient.

Why is Wonderfully Med direct-pay?

The direct-pay model allows Wonderfully Med to provide more time, flexibility, education, and whole-person care planning outside of insurance coverage limitations.

Where can I see pricing?

Pricing information is available on the Plans & Pricing page.

View Plans & Pricing

Do you offer payment plans?

Wonderfully Med does not offer separate payment plans at this time.

Care plans are billed monthly during the active care plan term, which helps patients spread the investment over time rather than paying the full care plan amount all at once.

Patients who choose to pay in full for an eligible care plan at enrollment may receive a wellness bonus that can be used toward eligible labs or supplements during their active care term.

Our team can review current pricing, monthly billing, pay-in-full incentives, and terms during a free Discovery Call.

Is there a benefit to paying for a care plan in full?

Yes. Patients who pay for an eligible care plan in full at enrollment may receive a wellness bonus toward eligible labs or supplements during their active care term.

This bonus does not reduce the care plan price itself. It is an added wellness benefit for patients who choose to pay in full.

The Wonderfully Med team can review eligible care plans, available bonus amounts, and terms during the Discovery Call.

Are labs included in care plan pricing?

Lab costs may be separate unless specifically stated. Lab recommendations vary depending on the patient’s needs and care process.

Labs, Supplements, & Testing

Are labs required?

Labs may be recommended depending on the patient’s needs, health history, and care process. Not every patient will need the same labs.

How can I prepare for lab expenses?

Lab expenses can vary depending on the patient’s needs, recommended testing, and the lab provider used.

Because labs may be one of the larger variable costs in the care process, Wonderfully Med will aim to discuss recommended testing, estimated pricing when available, and any relevant options before labs are completed.

Patients are encouraged to ask questions about lab costs during the Wellness Blueprint process or before completing recommended testing.

Are lab costs included?

Lab costs may vary and may be separate from program or care plan pricing.

Does Wonderfully Med recommend supplements?

Supplements may be recommended when appropriate as part of a broader care plan.

Recommendations should be thoughtful, individualized, and based on patient needs.

Where can I access the Supplements Portal?

The Supplements Portal is available through the Resources dropdown.

Is Group Learning more affordable than one-on-one care?
