Dr. Rayette Casiano is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician who understands what it means not to feel well. After becoming ill and developing chronic pain, she stumbled across Functional Medicine, and it changed her life.
Her desire to provide holistic healthcare prompted her to become a certified practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine, an ADAPT Trained Practitioner through the Kresser Institute, complete training in Bio-identical hormones through two establishments, and complete a two-year fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona’s Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. By combining her knowledge and over twenty years of experience in allopathic medicine with integrative and functional medicine, Dr. Casiano has helped her patients find the best treatment plans for their individual and specific needs.
Dr. Casiano is a former dancer and college scholarship athlete who enjoys exercising on her Peloton bike, sewing, quilting, and playing piano in church where she accompanies her husband, who is an amazing singer.
Angel Casiano, Counselor and Life Coach, has experienced first hand what a difference lifestyle changes can make. He lost over 60 lbs and was able to stop several medications solely through diet and exercise.
Angel has Masters of Arts in Clinical Pastoral Counseling, is a Certified Life Coach and Temperament Analyst. He is also a member of the National Christian Counselors Association.
Angel is bilingual and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Education from Universidad Interamericana, San German, Puerto Rico. He has thirty years of experience in the social work/case management field. Angel also has several years experience as a pastor. He authored the book, "Hope for the Divorcee: Forgiven and Moving Forward" which has given hope to many who felt life was over after divorce.
Angel and Dr. Casiano share six beautiful adult children. He is a former college athlete who was a professional singer, a boxer, and is a 5th degree Black Belt in Martial Arts.
Angelo Casiano, Director of Business Affairs, has enjoyed a ten-plus year career in management and hospitality, including four years of experience in directing marketing and communication initiatives for nutrition and wellness programs of higher education institutions. He has directly worked with the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), Seattle University (SU), and the University of Nevada Reno (UNR). Angelo began his career working for his father as a martial arts instructor and later began a six year career with The Alaska Club, fulfilling various roles including Manager and Group Fitness Instructor, all while completing a degree at UAF.
Angelo has a passion for music and has enjoyed over ten years of singing and playing piano for churches, university choirs, and special events.
